If I could give a zero I would . They don't know there arse to there elbow at this place.. We have gone months with them getting more or less every wage wrong. Saying we got holidays then we not, I do overtime then don't get paid for it they say they will sort it the week after then 'forget' to get wages sorted in time so does fast pay taking more money than they should for tax n ni.. I would avoid this place like the plague.

rude staff that dont phone back if your moneys wrong they dont care cant even get a wageslip off them without ringing up 5 or six times and been fobbed off lazy staff cant be bothered to check what or if you got paid

If I could give this employment agency a big zero star rating I would..
Having been at gap for a few months.. Coming up to Christmas I was told I had to book and use any accrued days holidays or lose them!!
On the 14th of Dec 12 I rang and asked what holiday allocation I had left ,they told me 4HALF DAYS,, Great I agreed the days with my supervisor and had them..
Being a "week in hand" I expected my wage between Xmas and new year from the previous week,, checked my account.. £00.00 paid in!! I rang them and advised them of my account.. They said "don't worry you will get a bumper wage on the 4th jan almost 2weeks in fact.. I said reluctantly well ok ill just have to wait which I did --- UNTIL TODAY the 4th of jan13 when I checked my account !!
YES !! You've guessed !! JUST ABOUT ONE WEEKS PITTANCE!! Paid in ..
After numerous phone calls and a personal visit 1st thing this morning THEY DECIDED IN THEIR WISDOM THAT I DON'T HAVE THE ACCRUED HOLIDAY PAY WHICH THEY TOLD ME I DID HAVE IN THE 1st PLACE!!! And WILL NOT BE HONOURING THE 4 DAYS HOLIDAY PAY WHICH EQUALS QUITE A LOT OF MONEY TO ME.. SO BASICALLY THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE HOLS, BOOKED THEM IN FOR ME AND "THEN" decided to check later that I didn't have them in the first place..
FANTASTIC!! Just after Xmas that is..!! Cheers Gap!!!
So!! By my personal experience sign up at your peril!!
Any legal advice on this situation would be welcomed with open arms..
If I could swear on here I would - but I wouldn't lower myself!!
