DO NOT expect good customer service. This Company have no idea on what constitutes customer service, the staff are abrupt, rude and unpleasant over the phone, and that includes the owner of the business! They obviously do not wish to attract new customers and it is surprising they are still operating.
Please take your custom elsewhere as there are plenty of company's that would welcome new business and know how to treat customers professionally.
