Brilliant service from Direct Taxis on our return trip to/from Manchester Airport. Spot on time for our early morning trip to the Airport, friendly driver and immaculate car. On our return journey there was a huge delay in baggage collection. Our taxi driver, Jim, contacted us and waited for more than an hour in the car park. He was a lovely courteous man who did not complain and was more concerned with our inconvenience than the cost of his waiting and parking fee. He is an absolute credit to Direct Taxis.
Thank you once again for top class service.

We were so pleased with the service they provided a 12 seater mini bus driven by Bev who was so friendly and welcoming and prompt to the Venue and when she collected us.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Fabulous service. Always nervous about using taxi for a train journey and looked online last night to check reviews and Direct were way ahead..the app was easy to use and loved the confirmation text and then the text this morning about the car and driver...made me feel safe and secure for me and that I would make my train he journey on time.
Friendly driver and very clean car.
Very impressed and will use again.

As a stranger in the area I didn't know any numbers for taxi firms so looked on line. I liked what others had said about this firm, so chose them. I wasn't disappointed. They were prompt, courteous and helpful. Definitely use them again
