Being a regular customer of ABBA cars, I have experience worst day today. It was the worse person I have ever seen in my life in the service industry.He himself decided take a long route excusing it with long traffic queue without my consent. On reaching the destination he asked for a higher fare which I refused to pay as I am a regular customer and have all the receipts on a daily basis. He threatened me to charge me for the waiting time till the time he calls his company and get this resolved. When the company did not support him as well, he threatened again to take me back from where he picked me and locked the car. When I told him that I am calling the police, he unlocked the car. However, as soon as I stepped out of the car to count the change, he became furious, came running from the drivers side and tried to manhandle me and got physical uttering swear words. As I didn't want to create a scene in front of my office I have left with no option but to pay the fare. What a way to start a day. Request you all to be safe and avoid boarding this cab if you can.    08-01-15
