Fabulous service. Always nervous about using taxi for a train journey and looked online last night to check reviews and Direct were way ahead..the app was easy to use and loved the confirmation text and then the text this morning about the car and driver...made me feel safe and secure for me and that I would make my train he journey on time.
Friendly driver and very clean car.
Very impressed and will use again.
