I enjoyed my time at the salon and was really happy with my nails. Unfortunately they started to fall off after just 4 days. We contacted the salon to be told that they had been done by a trainee and thats why i had been given a discounted price of £29. We were not aware of this. The owner refused to refund us, although it was a valentines gift that hadn't been done properly. She said i could return but the trainee would redo them; she refused to have a qualified member of staff replace them. Such poor after sales experience. After a telephone call lasting 28 minutes i am now devestated and out of pocket. I was spoken to so rudely :o( sorry but i wouldn't recommend them.
