This must be the most unreliable taxi service in the world. They ask you to use the App but the taxi is never, I mean never, on time. On the last two occasions they were 20 minutes late but they never contact you t let you know in advance. When you phone they say you are next on the list.......so if you don't phone you will be waiting forever. Seriously, an awful customer experience. Late for trains, appointments and meetings. If you have an alternative mode of transport then you would be better served by using it. An awful company and a shocking attitude to paying customers.
