My PC had big problems after downloading Kaspersky Total Security 2017 (Part of a 3 licence deal which had no problems downloading minutes earlier on my laptop). Kaspersky`s telephone solution produced the dreaded blue screen. Great Sankey Computer Services was the nearest place to my home. I phoned Richard and within 36 hours he had totally solved it, including retrieving my files. The PC is now running faster than it was. EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE, VERY REASONABLY PRICED and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
