I want to recommend Richard Harper at Great Sankey Computer Services to anybody who has a problem with their computer. I rang Richard on a Saturday afternoon as I had a severe problem with receiving my e-mails, at that point he talked me through all the options and told me how to change my password. I did all this but it would appear that that my password had been stolen. So I rang him straight back and he said 'drop it at my house tomorrow' ( Sunday ) This I did and he phoned Monday morning to say he had fixed it, cleaned it up, increased the speed and put in anti virus. He even came back to my house and fixed it all up, and even though BT were far from helpful, he left with everything working. What wonderful service. So don't struggle, get in touch with Richard, he is so kind and helpful. Also he says he like a challenge! Thank you Richard.
