I am still waiting for my taxi to the airport which is nearly half an hour late already. I am waiting in the cold to save time when it arrives. Since Abba took over Harry's they are operating at Abba's poor and deteriorating standards. The very rude lady who manned the phone put it down on me and said it wasn't her fault. They are terrible
