I am still waiting for taxi which is over half an hour late and I am in danger of missing flight to spain. The rude woman on reception put the phone down on me saying it wasn't her fault. Abba are now dragging Harry's down since taking over to their abysmally low level. Terrible firm and I will never use them again and would strongly recommend the same to anyone else. I said that of Abba and now they own Harry's
