Email from a colleague ': I think we need to change taxi companies. Could you please raise a complaint against the taxi company. The taxi I was in was in a poor state of repair and so could not accelerate or even manage more than 40 mph on the motorway. I found this quite disturbing and unsafe with trucks diverting around us. Either they improve or we change companies. My response - I will of course contact ABBA CARS and give them your concerns. ABBA can you please respond my our concerns.
