PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK A TAXI THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EARLY MORNING AIRPORT TRANSFER............!!l On March 18th, we were due to be collected at 5.45am to be taken to Manchester Airport - the booking was made with Abba Cars at least a week earlier (not 100% sure of the date) and I rang again the night before our trip to confirm that the taxi was still scheduled (I was assured it was and I even received a confirmation email stating the date & time of the pick-up) Guess what - no taxi at 5.45 the following morning !! At 6.10am, having made at least a dozen attempts to contact the Abba office by phone (no answer to any of my calls), we promptly loaded up our car & dashed to the airport, just about managing to make our flight before gate closure & picking up the usual, extortionate long-stay car parking fees for the period we were away, along with a stress-filled start to our holiday I promptly rang Abba on arrival at our holiday destination but, yet again, no answer, so I sent them an email thanking them for ruining the start to our holiday and for an appalling customer experience I didn't even get the courtesy of a response to my mail, let alone an apology Absolutely disgusting customer service from a company who clearly couldn't care less about it's treatment of would-be passengers !!
