No to the previous review. It's a systemic issue and must be due to leadership. They have all the tech needed with apps and number rrxognition but for the 5th time running we are between 30 and 45 mins late for a off peak pick up given 6 hours before. No call or text to notify. When calling absolutely no apology. It's like they are oblivious of any sort of customer empathy or goodwill. Leadership issues for sure and it's not the drivers faults at all. Control don't care and it's various people on several occasions. All the feedback is not rants but evidence.
