Richie was recently recommended to me and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble. The challenge was to drag my system from the 20th (Windows XP!!!) to the 21st Century. Great job done, no files lost, and a great price. I thought this sort of upgrade would cost me hundreds. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richie and I now have someone who I can turn to in the event of future problems. Richie thank you so much. Tony Wright
