Brilliant service from Direct Taxis on our return trip to/from Manchester Airport. Spot on time for our early morning trip to the Airport, friendly driver and immaculate car. On our return journey there was a huge delay in baggage collection. Our taxi driver, Jim, contacted us and waited for more than an hour in the car park. He was a lovely courteous man who did not complain and was more concerned with our inconvenience than the cost of his waiting and parking fee. He is an absolute credit to Direct Taxis. Thank you once again for top class service.
