Appalling customer service my husband bought a pair of Hugo boss shorts for holiday tomorrow spent £109 in store on 20/7/13. When he got home they did not fit. He went back to store today to get the size bigger but they did not have any other size therefore my husband asked for a refund to be told he could only have a credit note or an exchange for something different he just wanted his money back because there was nothing else he wanted. The manager of the shop was extremely rude and abrupt my husband is a regular customer at this store had told the manager over the last couple of months he had spent a lot of money to then be told by the manager "that in his eyes he has not spent that much money" to this my husband was very offended and I think this is an appalling way to speak to a customer!!!! We will not be returning to this store and we will be telling all of our friends and family to not shop in this store as previously recommended this shop !!!
