Phoned for taxi from Manchester Airport and was told it would be about 20 mins. Waited over an hour and taxi driver driver phoned and said he was M60 waiting to get on M6 and then M56 and would be 25 mins. We cancelled it and got Streetcars from airport. They were 4 mins and superb. Very polite and only cost a fiver more. I will never get Abba again and like a few other people would like to give them 0 stars.
