I love to browse all the charity shops in our village. By far the best managed one is The Children’s Society. From Kim the delightful manager to all her lovely volunteers who always have a smile for every customer. It’s always a joy to discover a bargain in the clearly arranged areas of this small venue. One of my favourite finds is the ladies leather gloves for my small hands. I have bought numerous pairs over the years as not many shops now sell small ones. I donate all my unworn/out of favour clothes to charity & wholeheartedly support all their time & energy in raising extra money in the process. The window displays are excellent especially when dressed to support local or national events during the year. Congratulations toyou all for doing what you do & how you do it.
