We have used ABBA cars for a number of years on a regular basis, during the last 3-4 months I have found them becoming more unreliable. I pre-book my journey's the evening before and expect the taxi to turn up at the confirmed time, usually I am taking a flight or a train long distance so timing is critical. During the last 2-3 weeks every taxi I have ordered has been late, today was just unacceptable, the taxi was 20 minutes late even after pre-booking and several phone calls and I only made my train by 2 minutes. Thanks to the driver who took my complaining well and pulled all the stops out to get me to the station. I will now use an alternative company and suggest ABBA cars pull their socks up or they won't have a business, looking at all the negative feedback. .
