As with all reviews on this site, I've been constantly let down by Abba Cars. Every time the cab is 5-20mins late and even with phone calls to chase up the answer is always the same "Just called one, it's on its way - 10-15mins wait" even after pre-booking hours before. Switched to Direct and they've been 5mins early the last few times with a text message to let me know when they've arrived. That's the sort of service you need.
