Very poor service. I Ordered a skirt on a Sunday for a performance the following weekend. I was promised it would be ordered on the Monday morning and here no later than Friday. However the shop was shut so no deliveries could be made. We had to come into town on the Friday only to find the shop shut then again on the Saturday to be told it hadn't arrived because the shop had been shut. Why was I promised an order and money taken off me when the shop was not able to receive deliveries? Why was I told to come to town when the shop was due to be shut? Why wasn't I phoned to be warned the item hadn't arrived? With a stage performance in a few hours and 2 wasted trips to your shop I was very angry. I feel you should be more honest with your customers as to what you can achieve and rethink your holiday cover plans.
