Would give them zero stars if I could. Booked taxi for hospital appointment. Still had not turned up an hour after it was booked for. Phoned Abba several times, but made no difference. Missed the hospital appointment - The next available one was 9 days later. Not allowed to go back to work until signed off, so lost 9 days of work because taxi did not turn up. Avoid like the plague !!
