I called to book a six seater for Sat evening and was told that was no problem and I didn't need to pre book my return journey as I could ask for one at the time. On Saturday a standard taxi came (for 6 of us) followed by another taxi. I spoke to a call handler (eventually using a different number from the one I booked on as they have an automated system which told me my car was due) who was extremely rude and that I would not have been promised a six seater. I explained that I would not have booked 2 cars! The call was extremely poorly handled. We took the 2 cabs as we didn't want to be late and the taxi drivers were great and very understanding. I will not use them again. We called direct for our return journey who turned up promptly with a six seater - yeyy
