What a disgraceful Company. Ordered a Taxi at 5pm for 8pm.................................No Show. Rang them at 8-15pm..............they said 'you are 3rd in line, they will pick you up after they have dropped off.' Rang again at 8-30 to cancel (now missed my appointment) How hard can it be? I gave them enough notice. Maybe as I was only travelling about 5 miles, they decide to pick and choose only the fares with the greatest financial return. When you phone they give the most feeble responce ' Oooo, hes just coming now'' , They treat you like a complete idiot. Maybe I am for useing ABBA?
