Absolute waste of space been a customer for 4 years direct debit set for every Tuesday not a problem til march this year when through some admin error on their part monies were not debited for 6 weeks, I was uniformed until I got a knock on the door, I explained I was unaware, they said the £3 late fee would apply as "any normal person would check their account" I argued my case and spoke to head office who assured me it wouldn't happen again, it did again and Again. Still wrangling with them...I have found them to be rude, untrained and unproffesional. Thanks for nothing perfect homes
