Horrible attitude from staff and bad service.the food not even arrived on time and they said need more time???!!!!!we said ok so we pay half price just coz of bad service then they put the phone down on us whitout any regards for customer service or trading standards.absolute chaos.its so sad what some franchise doing.they just want your hardearn cash for nothing exchange.no food no apologize nothing.hope the trading standard gona get them.deserve all punishment for what they doing.bad teakeaway management.very bad.dont go there or order anything from this guys if you dont want to end up in hospital or waste your cash.

Disgusting service from staff! Our order never turned up so my partner rang the restraunt to be lied to saying they were knocking on our door when we were sat waiting at the window. The staff member asked my partner to come down and "sort it out" and said our food was in the bin and it wasn't his problem! They then refused to give us a refund and hung up when we asked to speak to a manager. Never order from here!
