I went to this service station this morning to collect a parcel that I paid to be delivered yesterday but as they had not scanned it I wasn't notified. The manager was rude, arrogant and obnoxious, he would not let me take my parcel as he was having problems with the scanner. There was no apology for the inconvenience and as a manager he needs some customer service training. I know people are stressed at this time of year but that is no excuse for being rude. I would not have any parcel delivered here in the future. I've had to travel away for Christmas with some presents left at this service station. Thankfully Next and Hermes came to the rescue proper customer service. One star is one too many.
