Worst taxi experience ever. You'd think booking a taxi for 9am would guarantee you a taxi for 9am, but no, not with Britannia. They don't send a car for your requested time, they just "wait until there's someone in your area". They were unable to tell me when a taxi would arrive at all, despite me ringing three times over the course of the next hour. I finally cancelled and booked with a different company who arrived in ten minutes. A joke of a company - maybe they'd like to refund part of the training course I missed due to their complete ineptitude. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
