This chippy has really gone down hill over the last 6-12 months. The portion sizes are a joke especially for the price! A portion of chips (no option to go large/small) costs £1.40 and the amount of chips you get is truely shocking!
Also I went in with my 3 year old child and asked for a cone of chips for him, when I asked for them to be wrapped as I was driving they refused. After explaining my 3 year old can't hold them as they were red hot and I didn't want chips falling all over my car they still wouldn't wrap them.
On a plus side the place is always really clean and the staff are usually nice but the food is a letdown. Also I think they have gone on to using frozen chips.
Never using this chippy again!
