Was recently in this branch and bought two packets of Nurofen liquid tablets. I have arthritis and take them for a swollen ankle. I went to open one of the packets a few days later and it was empty, no tablets and no information leaflet. The box was NOT damaged it look brand new like it had never been touched. The other was fine. So either Nurofen are issuing empty boxes (unlikely), someone is going in pinching tablets or something is going on with the staff in the store.
No point going in to ask for another box because how could I proved that it was empty and that I had not used them.
TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED.
