I have been a frequent visitor to this salon over the last 9 years. Lovely comfortable, warm and friendly atmosphere ( so comfy in fact I once fell asleep whilst having a treatment and awoke to find myself covered with a blanket.) The products are all of a high quality for example Dermalogica, St tropez and CND. I am yet to have an issue with any member of the team and have found each therapist to be highly professional, polite and courteous. If for any reason I have ever ran late or not been 100% happy with any aspect of my treatment (being fussy and trying lots of different nail colours or wanting nail art at the last minute) the therapists have all been happy to see to my requests and have even worked late to accommodate both myself and other clients. As for the therapists personal lives and marital status I would not be aware of as they do not discuss it. I have never found any of them to be self absorbed and rather than being disgusted when a client asks a question I have found them to delight in being able to share their knowledge. I highly recommend this establishment for all beauty treatments.
