Appalling service, use another firm. I booked an early morning taxi to take me to the station. It arrived over 30 minutes late, so I missed my train and had to buy replacement train tickets. Of course my request for a refund for the cost of the extra tickets has been refused. Apparently you should book your taxi one hour early to allow for the taxi arriving 30 - 40 minutes late.The staff treat customers with utter contempt.
