I can't fault the Safestore team in any way. I moved my household goods into a storage unit at Warrington location in May 2012 with no idea how long it would be there for. I relocated to the USA and the staff at Safestore made the move as easy it could possibly be. Very courteous and helpful, whether paying the monthly invoice from the US or visiting to pick up small items when visiting the UK. I finally had my belongings collected for shipping and just want to say a huge thank you to everyone there - in particular to Colin and Jonathan who could not be more professional and are a credit to the company!
