Having spoken to the taxi driver who turned up over 20 minutes late I discovered that he receives his next pick up from the central office. This would be the same central office I phoned a few minutes earlier to complain that my taxi was already 15 minutes late. The App is virtually useless in that the office staff appear to be directing taxis in a random way. When I called the office I was advised that I was "next on the list". Yea, right.
The lack of reliability, the absence of any customer service and the failure to appreciate that their tardiness impacts on real people makes me wonder why they have a licence to operate. Come on Warrington Council, review this taxi company, they are underperforming, causing real stress and have zero appreciation of what it means to be a customer service orientated company.   31-07-16

This must be the most unreliable taxi service in the world. They ask you to use the App but the taxi is never, I mean never, on time. On the last two occasions they were 20 minutes late but they never contact you t let you know in advance. When you phone they say you are next on the list.......so if you don't phone you will be waiting forever.

Seriously, an awful customer experience. Late for trains, appointments and meetings.

If you have an alternative mode of transport then you would be better served by using it. An awful company and a shocking attitude to paying customers.   30-07-16
