I would rate this shop very poorly due to a number of reasons. After being told (by a very moody shop keeper) that my mixed frame roll wouldn’t be a problem to get developed I went back a week later to collect the photos. However, when I went back he didn’t have them to give to me because ’they don’t do that anymore’ – this was the only explanation I got and he gave me half of my money back and my processed film. He was extremely rude and I experienced the worst customer service. He refused to even simply appologise for the inconvenience. Surely he should have known what his business can and can’t provide? This will now take me an extra week to get them printed elsewhere thanks to him. I would recommend going elsewhere to get photos developed, and also to avoid an extremely rude and annoying man.
