Been going for sometime now and have decided to quit! I often feel rushed, the stylists don't really listen to what you want and just do what they want. Considering the price, it's definitely not worth it. I think they are over rated. The only good thing about them are the trainees who actually are really lovely but the rest of the place is snooty and needs some management intervention!
