Pleasure to deal with, they have now moved to behind Mcdonald's unit 30 off Winwich Rd. Helpful Guy Neil always there for advice.
Installation and advice given.

We had a pump repair and a new cover & cover lifter fitted. Both were done within the promised time frame and to a fantastic standard. Will definitely use again.

1st class service from start to finish. Excellent after care, i would highly recommend and would use again. Neil did everything from garden clearance, to ground works to full installation.

Fantastic friendly personal service, we purchased a swim spar, and can not put into words how it is worth every penny. We have been researching and visited many spar companies for past two years before making our purchase, quality spas offered not only the best value for money, saving us thousands, the set up and delivery included, the service was second to non from supplying the ground worker to delivery and Crain, Neil the owner being present throughout, calling with updates being honest with delivery times etc! Another major factor for our family was after care, supplying and assisting with the after care of the pool. To see our son who is a truly fantastic swimmer able to swim anytime day or night, not only for health reasons but for the pleasure factor as well as bringing the family together is priceless! i would recommend this company to everyone, anyone is welcome to view our swim spar, I know if you see it you'll want one! Exceptional service, excellent value for money!

We had fabulous customer service from the gentlemen at Quality Spas. No pressure whatsoever, just honest guidance and useful advice. Our installation was flawless despite a very tight access way, very professional indeed. I've also sought aftercare advice and have recieved superb support. I can't recommend Quality Spas highly enough.
