I stopped going to this chip shop because the portions were ridiculous for the price and the food went terrible. I have recently tried it again and I have to say the portions now seem to be on par with other chip shops and the food has gone a lot better. I have consistently had good food on the 6 occasions I have used it. Maybe they have taken peoples' complaints on board.

Frozen chips, cold when I got home (a drive 300m) curry sauce portion so small, women behind the counter was miserable. 0/10 avoid.

This chippy has really gone down hill over the last 6-12 months. The portion sizes are a joke especially for the price! A portion of chips (no option to go large/small) costs £1.40 and the amount of chips you get is truely shocking!
Also I went in with my 3 year old child and asked for a cone of chips for him, when I asked for them to be wrapped as I was driving they refused. After explaining my 3 year old can't hold them as they were red hot and I didn't want chips falling all over my car they still wouldn't wrap them.
On a plus side the place is always really clean and the staff are usually nice but the food is a letdown. Also I think they have gone on to using frozen chips.
Never using this chippy again!

Absolute rubbish, i only ever order fish & chips when i use a chippy but this one gets a 0/10 im afraid., Chips are cooked from pre-packed frozen. Fish dry & soggy batter, mostly got binned... never again!!!

I would love to give you a rating have heard you have the best fish and chips in warrington, unfortunatley i have tried to ring several times for a delivery and the phone has never been answered.
