Contacted Great Sankey Computer Services last year to get my son and daughter's laptops up-to-date for University, great service and help from Richie, he is now my go to for every little problem I have with IT issues. I recently contacted him to sort out a problem with cache and cookies and fitted me in straight away, all sorted in no time. My daughter is now investing in an Apple ipad for University so I will be knocking on his door to set everything up. Thank you for 5* service and always being on the other end of the phone or email to help with a problem.

Richie was recently recommended to me and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble. The challenge was to drag my system from the 20th (Windows XP!!!) to the 21st Century. Great job done, no files lost, and a great price. I thought this sort of upgrade would cost me hundreds. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richie and I now have someone who I can turn to in the event of future problems.

Just had my computer repaired by Richard.

A very friendly man and accommodating service. I reset my laptop but it failed to install from the recovery drive so I looked for help on my phone and found sankey computers. I emailed Richard and he fixed it very quickly. My laptop is like new now. I strongly urge anyone with computer problems to contact sankey computers to fix. Thank you Richard.

I want to recommend Richard Harper at Great Sankey Computer Services to anybody who has a problem with their computer. I rang Richard on a Saturday afternoon as I had a severe problem with receiving my e-mails, at that point he talked me through all the options and told me how to change my password. I did all this but it would appear that that my password had been stolen. So I rang him straight back and he said 'drop it at my house tomorrow' ( Sunday ) This I did and he phoned Monday morning to say he had fixed it, cleaned it up, increased the speed and put in anti virus. He even came back to my house and fixed it all up, and even though BT were far from helpful, he left with everything working. What wonderful service. So don't struggle, get in touch with Richard, he is so kind and helpful. Also he says he like a challenge! Thank you Richard.

I used this company to resolve a sound problem after I lost all sound on my desk top, the sound driver had been changed by a Windows up-date which wasn't compatible with my Computer . Richard sorted the problem very promptly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

My PC had big problems after downloading Kaspersky Total Security 2017 (Part of a 3 licence deal which had no problems downloading minutes earlier on my laptop). Kaspersky`s telephone solution produced the dreaded blue screen.
Great Sankey Computer Services was the nearest place to my home. I phoned Richard and within 36 hours he had totally solved it, including retrieving my files. The PC is now running faster than it was.
EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE, VERY REASONABLY PRICED and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As with everything IT you need someone who knows what they are doing and Richard is the man. Helped me immensely when my desktop failed and I am now up and running again. I would recommend Richard as anyone's first port of call with computer problems as I have every confidence he will sort it for you.

Just had some old videos converted to DVD so I can view them again. Found Great Sankey Conputer Services on line and what a great service. Dropped off Friday, picked up Monday. Really pleased with the quality of the finished product and came in at less than I expected to pay. Highly

Richard has been fixing my computer and rebuilding each new model I have for me for my particular needs. He is very patient and will listen exactly to the requirements I have and do the work. He does not overcharge and is very customer focused in his approach. Richard freely gives advice and does not do work that is not required. I have used Richard's services for over five years and would not go anywhere else for IT support. Well worth a try if you feel you have been taken for a ride by others that charge for unnecessary work!!!

Rich converted some old tapes to MP3 and CD for me, including one that had come off the spool. The service he provided and the quality of the goods is excellent. He only had a couple of days to do this for me but it wasn't a problem. I would have no hesitation in using Great Sankey Computer Services again and would highly recommend them.

Recently used GSC to have an old VHS cassette transferred to digital medium. What I experienced was a fast and friendly service, and the quality was astonishing for a 20 yearbold cassette.

Add to that, fantastic value.

Will return again for sure.

Thanks to Great Sankey Computer Services I now have my Laptop alive and fully functioning with Windows 10. The repair was fast & friendly with helpful advice. I fully recommend this service which includes Repairs, Upgrades, Servicing, Data Recovery, Re-installation etc.

We have 2 osteopathic clinics and 4 laptops, and have used Great Sankey Computers for a few years now. They are very efficient, friendly, helpful, and have always managed to sort my various problems out no matter what they were. Richard has always replied quickly to our phone calls, and has gone out of his way to deal quickly with our repairs. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Great Sankey Computers to anyone.

Richard has been my life saver on a couple of occasions. I use my pc lots with very little knowledge of how things work and was in a panic a couple of months ago when all my email folders disappeared.
Richard spent many hours retrieving all my lost emails, what a star !! He is a genuine guy plus very clever, highly recommended.
